Pound Puppies!

 

Can you imagine seeing this little guy look through the bars of his cage at the Kentucky Humane Society and NOT taking him home? This is Cody. He’s a mix of many different breeds and a gorgeous one-of-a-kind friend to cute Ella.

Ella is also from the Kentucky Humane Society and I think she may have some corgi in her because those ears remind me of my own Henry. Ella definitely has a split personality. One is the sweet and calm dog you see most of the time…. and the other is the crazed, wild-eyed dog who is anywhere in the vicinity of a tennis ball! Look at those crazy eyes:) I could not stop laughing at her!

This dog likes to play fetch like I have NEVER seen! And, believe me, I’ve seen a lot of dogs! She goes NUTS when she sees a tennis ball. You really have to see it to believe it:)

But, otherwise, she’s actually quite a calm and attentive little dog.

She really listens and does exactly what she’s asked to do-sit in the flowers, stand on the wall- anything you want!

Coby is just a little guy- about 3 and a half months. His ears are his best feature. I think he looks like the flying nun in this shot! 🙂

What killer eyes, right? And the thing I like about Coby is he has a zest for life but doesn’t hesitate to stop and smell the roses:)
